I greatly enjoyed the standard twin room with stylish furniture. The most important was the staff - outstandingly accommodating and immensely pleasant people.

location: the hotel was really close to shopping mall, palmerston north and the town center. got nicely decorated and well furnished standard twin room with good space as expected, loved it.

as for me, rooms were beautifully decorated and nicely furnished with comfy beds, they offered wake-up service. the location was favourable and handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from city library. the breakfast was excellent, the check in was early.

It was easy to book and very easy to find. Comfortable and friendly. Very quite for been on a busy road.

The room was well-maintained and had a comfortable bed, fridge, dining table, and smoke detectors for £160.

the room is good and closed to center of city. most important! very nice staff and boss there. not only helps us a lot in the trip plan for new zealand, in fact, we dropped our iphone at hotel when we checked out,and the boss searched a long way and got us at supermarket, great thanks!

breakfast in the room was excellent

there was a mix up at check in as to if breakfast was included and we had to return to the hotel after check out to pay for our breakfast

Great location with free laundry service, close to main shops, restaurants, and the city centre. Amazing service provided at the hotel.

My wife and I stayed over night at Illuzzions, which is conveniently located close to the Square in Palmerston North. The facilities were very tidy and spacious for our needs. The decor is dated, perhaps quite 90's. This may bother some but was no problem for us, it was very homely as a result. The kitchenette and bathroom looked newer. I would happily stay there again. The owners were lovely and very helpful.
